Get to know me!

I’m Elizabeth Dooley, a student of Instructional Design currently teaching French in Louisville, Kentucky. I love to learn, laugh, and be challenged. In my free time, you may find me solving a sudoku puzzle, watching Schitt’s Creek, playing cards with family, or on a long walk to a local brewery with my best friend.

As an educator, I enjoy developing authentic learning experiences and tailoring instruction to best fit the needs of the learner. This is my favorite part of teaching: designing and creating lessons and materials. After four years in the classroom, I realized that what I love is the “background” work of what I do on a daily basis. Luckily for me, Instructional Design spotlights my passion! Thus, in 2019 I joined the online Master’s program in Instructional Design at University of Massachusetts Boston.
